Their portfolio consists of over-the-top set-top boxes offering UHD viewing for Live and Catchup TV, as well as VOD. They offer a turn-key TV-in-a-box solution and combine cloud-based services and TV content in a single package (System Management, Mobile Apps, Set-top Boxes, Data Tracking).
The Solution
For the past 8 years the Scalefocus team has developed and continuously improved our client’s several generations of Android-based set-top boxes and mobile apps and our consultants played a key role in our client’s product development. The devices give end-users access to live TV, films, series and integrated apps such as YouTube and Netflix. Some of the most prominent features include time-shifting, 15 days of EPG, video recording, VOD and 7-day catchup. The flagship solution of the company is the Streaming Set-Top Box, which manages different hardware platforms distributed by the UFC to bars and other establishments to stream live events.
