Oops!... We did it again! Scalefocus was named Innovative Company of the Year for a second consecutive year at the 2022 Forbes Business Awards. We were honoured to be recognized again as a leader of innovation on our 10th anniversary as a company. Scalefocus was recognized in the prestigious Deloitte 2019 Technology Fast 500 ranking as one of the fastest-growing technology companies among the leaders in the sector. For a third year in a row, we are on the list with the companies in the sectors of technology, telecommunications, media, life sciences and energy for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Scalefocus was recognized with a special Brand of Excellence in Innovation on a special ceremony at the Presidency of the Republic of Bulgaria. The award in the “Innovative Enterprise of the Year” national contest is given annually to Bulgarian enterprises and start-ups which have successfully developed and introduced innovations to national and global markets.

Scalefocus and the soon acquired company Upnetix are awarded as one of the most successful companies for the fifth time of the renowned Forbes Business Awards Bulgaria. Upnetix team grabbed the valuable award in the Quality of Services category and ScaleFocus got plaques for Human Resources Development and Client Policy Excellence.

Upnetix is “Software Company of the Year”. The significant recognition came from the Tech Summit Awards. In addition, Tzvetan Tzvetkov from Upnetix was awarded in the “Developer in Focus” category.

The European Business Awards recognized us as the National Winner in the “Digital Technology” category at this year’s “Ones to Watch” ceremony.

For the second year in a row, the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association rewarded the efforts and achievements of Bulgarian companies in the outsourcing and IT sector, investors and local authorities.

Scalefocus has been recognized with a Silver award in the Human Resources Department of the Year category by the International Business Awards. The award is a result of our “Focus on our people! Scale through happiness!’ nomination and the constant overperformance of our HR team. Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 3800 applicants worldwide.

Scalefocus was recognized as European Service Provider of the Year for SMEs by the Global Sourcing Association.

We are proud winners of the Bronze STEVIE® award at the 2021 International Business Awards ® in the category of Most Valuable product with ViruSafe! We remained resilient through the worldwide pandemic and continued to innovate - creating a mobile application to assist both the government and its users in the fight against COVID-19. This award inspires us to pursue innovation and excellence.

An achievement we are very proud of is the Pandemic Response Project award, our second one from the 2021 Bulgarian Project Management Awards. In these unprecedented times, we created ViruSafe, a mobile application that assists society and governmental institutions in the fight against COVID-19.

Scalefocus was recognized as “Company of the Year” for our role as one of the most innovative, progressive and successful companies in Bulgaria. The jury’s decision was based on our fulfilled ambitions and goals, connected to the development of the IT ecosystem. Our CEO, Plamen Tsekov, was also recognized by Forbes – he received the “CEO of the Year” award.

Scalefocus has been placed among the Top 50 Best Employers in Career Show Awards 2020. This nomination recognizes the company’s best practices, which are part of the investment in human capital and contribute to the business climate in the country.

We were recognized as “Company of the Year”. Congrats to our CEO - Plamen Tsekov as well. He received the well-deserved “CEO of the Year” Award.

Scalefocus was recognized as one of the FT 1000 Europe’s Fastest-Growing Companies 2019. The list is based on the highest compound annual growth rate of the European companies in the period between 2014 and 2017. There are a few key criteria for inclusion in the ranking, including revenue of at least 100,000 Euro in 2014, the revenue of at least 1.5 million Euro in 2017, etc.

The jury of the IT Project of the Year (organized by Computerworld Bulgaria) awarded Scalefocus with the 2019 Social Responsibility Award for the JobCare online platform, which aims to facilitate the employment of people with disabilities in Bulgaria.

We received the award for “Research and Development Center of the Year” at the Innovation, Technology and Sourcing Awards, which are organized by the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association and BASSCOM. The award is given to organizations, that are pioneering new frontiers for future Innovation, consistent with the organization’s long-term objectives.

Scalefocus was recognized as a GSA Top Performer in the Emerging Players category. For a company to be part of this prestigious list, it must prove its exceptional contributions to the positive reputation of sourcing and helped shape the current and future state of the global sourcing industry.

The Deloitte Global’s “Technology Fast 500 EMEA” program is an objective industry ranking, focused on the technology ecosystem. The Global Sourcing Association in the UK honored for a fifth year the talent of individuals and teams who deliver significant value to the global sourcing industry at the GSA Professional Awards.

Scalefocus has an outstanding performance throughout the years and is 14 times awarded by the Forbes Business Awards Bulgaria. Recognitions for excellence in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 for Client Policy, Quality of Services, Human Resources Development and Business Development.

Scalefocus received two awards from the first edition of the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association’s Excellence Award. We were recognized as a “Service Provider of the Year” and “Employer of the Year”. This is an important recognition for Scalefocus and for the excellent results achieved by our employees in Sofia, Plovdiv, London and Munich offices.

After a month of becoming official SAP partner Scalefocus received the first recognition of its hard work in the domain by winning the SAP HCP Startup Challenge.

GoodFirms research team evaluated the services of Scalefocus and found that they offer commendable services, which are rich in quality.

The recognition is due to Scalefocus’ significant business and software development achievements. This category was open only to companies which claimed that a minimum of 50% of their activities is software development related.

Scalefocus was recognized for building “The Most Innovative Workspace” in this year’s Innovation, Technology and Sourcing Awards, organised by the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association. The award is given for providing innovative, technology-enabling capabilities to the employees while improving the office space in such a way as to provide enhanced work experience.

We were recognized as the Silver Winner in this year’s “Innovation Awards”, organized by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The award is given for realizing innovative technological services and software solutions, which support sustainable and profitable business growth.

Our second prize award in the “Most Innovative Company of the Year” category in the b2b Media Awards is a solid proof that we are on the right path in our development. This is part of our constant strive to move forward, to develop innovation and to deliver smart solutions to our customers.

The Bulgarian Association of People Management awarded ScaleFocus’ CTO Viktor Bilyanski in the most prestigious category “The most committed to managing people organizational Leader of the Year”. On the same ceremony, our Senior Employee Relations Specialist Aleksandar Stoimenov received recognition for his exceptional professional achievements.

During the 12th annual forum “Innovation through talents” Scalefocus was recognized as Most Innovative Management. The award was presented by the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Mr. Rosen Plevneliev. This is confirmation that our focus on enabling the employees to think about disrupting any process or challenge is where our innovation power comes from.

Scalefocus was ranked first in the Small and Medium Enterprises category. The company was awarded for its outstanding contribution to the German-Bulgarian commercial relations, investments, technological innovations and solutions by the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.

Best Company of the Year competition is organized by First Investment Bank Bulgaria. Our company won second prize in the “Startup Companies” category.

Scalefocus has been recognized with a GOLD award in the Fastest-Growing Company of the Year in Europe category by the International Business Awards 2015 and Bronze awards in the Executive of the Year and in the Company of the Year – Computer Services categories.

Scalefocus has been awarded two prizes from the annual contest Top ICT Employer in Bulgaria, organized by ICT Media and JobTiger. The company won the Gold award in the IT Services category and the Bronze in the Top ICT Employer category.

Scalefocus has been recognized as a National Champion for Bulgaria by the European Business Awards for 2014/2015. The company is a top Bulgarian applicant.
